How to Replace the Cabin Air Filter in an Audi A3

To replace the cabin air filter in an Audi A3, open the passenger door and locate the panel under the glove compartment. Remove the screws or fasteners needed and lower the cover to access the ventilation unit. Then, locate the pollen filter housing cover, unclip it, and slide out the old filter element. Before installing the new filter, clean the inside of the housing from any dust and debris. Insert the new component, ensuring it aligns with the airflow direction indicated by the arrows on the filter. Close the housing cover, reassemble the lower panel, and restore all previously removed fasteners. Finally, check that each cover is correctly positioned and securely fastened.
