Pry until the glass detaches from the mirror (disconnect the power cable); this is a delicate operation because the mirror or the housing could break. Remove the mirror cover if you need to replace it or work inside the housing. Finally, install the new mirror, making sure to engage the plastic clips into the mirror supports.
