Removing the rear seat belts on A6

Model: Audi A6 C5, MK 2 - Years 1997-2004
Part: Checks and maintenance

Let's see how to remove the rear seat belts of the Audi A6. To remove the rear seat belts, the rear seats must be removed to access the tightening screws under them. After removing the rear seats, we just have to unscrew the fastening screws of the seat belts. Once the belts have been completely disassembled, we can remove them (remove the seat belt reel). We mount the new seat belts with attached tightening screws. At the end of the assembly of the belts we just have to mount the rear seats. We test the correct assembly of the pieces.
