How do you replace the car battery on a Jeep Compass? Here’s how to carry out the replacement: open the car door and pull up the engine compartment release lever located at the bottom left of the dashboard, then lift the front bonnet, disengaging the locking lever with your fingers, and secure it (with the rod or piston). Once the engine compartment is open: you will find the battery on the left, remove the securing bolts of the battery terminals, then take out the battery from the engine compartment and replace it with a new one (same voltage). Close the engine bonnet after maintenance.

How to Check the Oil Level on a Jeep Renegade?

To check the oil level on a Jeep Renegade, you need to open the bonnet to access the components inside the engine bay: on the lower left side of the engine block, you will find the dipstick for checking the level.
