Today's main instructions will guide you in removing and replacing the engine mount of the transmission (driver's side) of the Jeep Compass. First, open the bonnet and begin by removing the air filter box, disconnecting the intake hose; then disconnect and remove the battery. Now unscrew the bolts of the engine mount to remove it, moving the wiring out of the way; then install the new original engine mount, securing it properly to the top of the transmission. Finally, reassemble the battery and the air filter box!
