Removing the Lock Cylinder from an Audi A6

In this short video tutorial, you will see how to remove the lock cylinder from a second-generation Audi A6. First, open the door and remove the plastic cover from the outer handle by prying it with something thin. Next, take off the side plastic cap and unlock the cylinder by inserting something sharp, as shown in the video. At this point, simply remove the cylinder from the outside by prying and pulling it towards you to extract it. Then, install the new one by inserting it and lowering the pin inside the hole to secure it.
