Before you can start, open the driver's side front door of your Audi A4. Begin by inserting the tip of a flathead screwdriver into the gap between the side cover of the dashboard and the dashboard itself, then pry it open to release the internal clips.

After that, remove the cover.

Once you have removed the side cover of the dashboard of your Audi A4, you will have successfully accessed the fuse box and its corresponding fuses, completing the procedure.
