To replace the door panel of the Audi Q7, use a tool as a lever to lift the trim around the inner handle. Once removed, loosen all the screws underneath and then detach all the retaining clips that connect the panel to the door. After releasing all the clips, disconnect the connector and remove the old panel. The new panel should then be connected to the connector and secured to the door by inserting its retaining clips, tightening the screws, and repositioning the trim.
