Key Battery Replacement on Audi A4 and A5

The battery to replace is a CR2032. You can easily find it at a hardware store or a large supermarket, as well as online, and it costs very little. Press the two side buttons to remove the key fob from its casing. Then, remove the plastic cover underneath the head of the key fob, which was just covered by it. The battery is attached to this plastic, which you can now pull out to insert the new battery you purchased. As you can see, this is a very simple operation that anyone can do themselves.
