To replace the battery in the Audi Q7 remote, pry open the side of the device in the groove that separates the plastic cover from the rest of the remote. This will allow you to detach the cover and access the battery underneath. After removing the old battery, insert a new one; once the new battery is in place, close the remote with the cover and check that the device functions correctly.
