Checking the engine oil level in the Audi A4 B8 is a very simple and quick operation. In this video, you can see how to proceed.

Perform this operation with the engine off and cold to avoid burns and ensure an accurate reading of the level. Start by opening the hood and locating the dipstick, which you can recognize by the yellow ring.

Once fully extracted, clean it with a paper towel, reinsert it all the way, and pull it out again. If the level indicated is about halfway between the two markers, it means you do not need to add engine oil. Conversely, if it is too low, add oil through the designated cap on the engine's cylinder head.
