Replacing the battery in an Audi remote is very simple, as shown in this guide applicable to all recent models from the German manufacturer. You only need a small flat screwdriver and, of course, a replacement battery, a CR2032. Start by extracting the metal key by pressing the small top button. Insert the screwdriver horizontally into the key, as shown in the video, and push it upwards to unlock the internal clip that holds the rear cover in place. Once lifted, you can remove the battery and insert the new one, ensuring the correct polarity.
