To replace the key fob battery in an Audi Q7, press the button located on the upper side to pull out the chrome cover and access the key. Next, use a screwdriver to pry up the tab that was previously covered by the chrome part; this will allow you to remove the tray that contains the battery. You can then replace the battery and insert the tray back into the key fob. After the tray is inserted, you can also put the key back in.
