In the emery series gasket kit, the one you use when you need to rebuild an engine, you will also find the intake manifold gasket. Once the gasket seat has been carefully cleaned, both on the manifold side and on the cylinder side, fit the new gasket by aligning it correctly with the intake ports; then position the manifold and tighten the fixing pins with the correct torque following a crisscross pattern, such as the one used in fixing the cylinder heads, to ensure uniform adhesion and avoid any leaks that would compromise the regular operation of the engine.

How to open the fuel cap on Volkswagen Polo 5 (6R)

In this video tutorial we will see how to open the cap and the fuel flap on Volkswagen Polo 6R, fifth series, by following these simple steps. First of all we go to open the car with the remote control, in order to unlock all the car locks; after which we go to press on the left side of the flap, in order to unlock the actuator and open it, as shown in the video. At this point we are going to unscrew the fuel cap to refuel; once finished the same we can screw the cap and finally close the fuel flap!
