To remove the door panel of the Audi A3 Sportback, detach the trim located at the top of the panel next to the internal handle. Under this trim, you will find the screws that secure the panel, which need to be loosened. Once these screws are removed, you can loosen the screws located at the bottom of the armrest, completely removing the panel and disconnecting the underlying connectors. You can then insert the new panel, connecting and securing it properly.
