This guide describes the procedure to reset the service light for the first generation Audi TT. Follow these steps in order: 1. Turn on the ignition and keep it on for a few seconds; 2. Press and hold the button located on the right side of the instrument cluster, near the odometer.

While holding the button, turn the ignition back on; 3. Once the instrument cluster is powered on, release the right button; 4. Only at this point, press and hold the button located on the left side of the instrument cluster, near the tachometer, until a yellow message appears on the instrument cluster display saying "OK", confirming the update of the vehicle's service light.
