How to Reset the Service Menu on the Audi A4 B6

Often, right after starting the car, you may see a service message appear on the mini display. This does not indicate a real problem or malfunction, but it can be annoying and should be removed. The steps to do this are quite simple and take just a couple of minutes. First, press the button with a wrench icon located on the right side of the dashboard. Then, press and hold the button next to it (with the two zeros displayed) for a few seconds. The reset should be successful, but to confirm, you need to turn off and turn on the ignition. If you see a message that says "ok", then you have completed the procedure correctly. If not, you can repeat it without any issues.
