Replacing the remote battery of the Audi A5 is a very simple and quick task. You do not need any special tools, just a CR2032 replacement battery.

First, press the emergency key release button and remove it. Then, grasp the top of the remote as shown and extract the small drawer containing the battery. Replace the battery with the positive terminal facing downwards and reassemble everything by following the reverse procedure.
