If the MMI system in your Audi A5 shows signs of malfunction, such as continuous freezes or unusual behaviour, you can try to resolve the issues by performing a reset. To do this, turn on the instrument cluster; it is not necessary to start the engine.

Then locate the buttons to use, which are on the central console behind the gear lever. Now, press and hold the following buttons simultaneously: the top right directional button, the bottom left directional button, the control knob, and the "Menu" button.

After about 5 seconds, the system will restart.
