In your Audi A5, the MMI multimedia system may freeze or show various signs of malfunction. In these cases, you can try to resolve the issue by resetting the system. First, go inside the cabin, insert the key, and turn on the ignition. Then, press and hold the "Setup" button, the central knob, and the top right arrow, keeping them all pressed for at least 3 seconds. Finally, wait for the system to fully restart and check that the issues are resolved.
