If the MMI infotainment system in your latest generation Audi A5, model produced from 2018 onwards, experiences one or more malfunctions, you can try to resolve the issue by performing a forced restart. This tutorial shows you how to do this in a few simple steps.

First, turn on the vehicle, then press the central knob while simultaneously pushing the "NAV/MAP" and "RADIO" buttons as shown in the video. Finally, wait about 10 to 15 seconds for the system to restart.
