How to Reset the MMI Multimedia System in the Audi A6?

In the Audi A6, the MMI multimedia system may stop working, freeze, or behave abnormally. In this case, try to resolve the issue by following the simple procedure shown in this tutorial. First, enter the cabin, then insert the key and turn on the ignition; you do not need to start the engine. Next, press and hold the "Setup" button, the central knob, and the upper right arrow for about 10 seconds, or until the screen turns off. Finally, wait for the system to fully reboot.
