How to Reset the MMI System in an Audi A4?

Resetting the MMI system is simply a forced reboot that allows access to system settings to restart the radio normally, update the software, or access information related to the radio. How do you perform this reset? Use two fingers and place them on the top right corner of the display, holding them down for a couple of seconds. You will see the screen go black for a moment, then the options we mentioned earlier will appear. Select the one you are interested in, in this case, "reboot to normal mode," and wait for the radio to restart.
