In this tutorial, you will see how to remove the starter motor from an Audi Q7. This is a simple operation but requires good manual skills. First, disconnect the negative terminal of the battery. Then, release the serpentine belt by loosening the tensioner. Next, lift the front right side, remove the two indicated bolts, separate the alternator from the engine, and proceed to disconnect the power supply to the starter motor. At this point, just remove the indicated mounting bolts, take out the starter motor, and follow the reverse procedure to reassemble everything.
