To replace the fuel pump on the Audi A3, access the rear seats, which need to be removed by unfastening the pins securing them at the front and rear. Once these pins are removed, you can completely slide out the seats to access the components underneath. There will be a circular cover that needs to be removed along with its connector: this will allow you to extract the fuel pump from its housing by unscrewing the securing bolts and inserting a new replacement part.
