Operation: How to disassemble the high pressure fuel pump of the Audi A3 8v

The guide shows you how to replace the Audi A3 8v tfsi high pressure fuel pump. The first thing to do is to make the vehicle safe and then to open the engine compartment. Place some rags under the pump, located on the right side of the compartment and remove the hydraulic hose by acting on the iron clip. Remove the 17mm nut from the tube at the bottom of the pump and the two bolts that hold the pump in place. Remove the sensor on the top of the pump and turn it counterclockwise and pull it out; fuel could escape from the lower pipe. Replace the pump and put everything back in place. Turn on the vehicle to check the correct operation of the pump.
