How to Replace the Cabin Air Filter in the Climate Control System

Model: Audi Q7 4L, MK 1 - Years 2006-2015
Part: Cabin air filter

The cabin air filter is located under the glove compartment on the passenger side of the vehicle (position indicated by number 1 in the video image). Remove the cover beneath the glove compartment by unscrewing the 3 screws indicated by number 2 in the image and the screw located higher up, indicated by number 3. Once the cover is removed, locate the filter housing, unscrew the screws indicated by number 5 in the image, open the cover, and pull out the filter. It is recommended to change the filter every 15,000 miles or at least once a year. The vehicle we worked on is an Audi Q7.
