How to Replace the Cabin Air Filter in the Climate Control System

The cabin air filter is located under the glove compartment on the passenger side of the vehicle (position indicated by number 1 in the video image). Remove the cover beneath the glove compartment by unscrewing the 3 screws indicated by number 2 in the image and the screw located higher up, indicated by number 3. Once the cover is removed, locate the filter housing, unscrew the screws indicated by number 5 in the image, open the cover, and pull out the filter.

It is recommended to change the filter every 15,000 miles or at least once a year. The vehicle we worked on is an Audi Q7.
