As shown in this tutorial, dismantling the rear wiper arm on an Audi A3 is an extremely simple and quick operation. First, ensure that the wiper is in the rest position; if not, activate it and turn it off as soon as this position is reached.

Then, remove both the base cover and the nut cap. Once done, unscrew the nut using a 13mm socket. The nut may be stuck due to dirt; in this case, apply some penetrating spray.

To fit the replacement, simply follow the reverse procedure.
