To replace the timing belt on an Audi A4, loosen the screws securing the front bumper so it can be removed from its housing. Once the bumper is completely detached, locate the timing belt at the front, wrapped around the respective pulleys. By loosening the central nut of the tensioner pulley, you can reduce the tension on the belt, slide it out of its seat, and replace it with a new one. After the replacement, reinstall all removed parts and ensure the engine runs properly.
