In an Audi A4, the MMI multimedia system may experience malfunctions, such as continuous freezes or connection issues. In these cases, try resetting the system to resolve the problem.

First, enter the cabin, then turn on the instrument cluster and press and hold the "SETUP" button, the central knob, and the upper right directional arrow for at least one second. Finally, wait for the system to reboot and check if the problem is resolved.
