To reset the infotainment system of the Audi Q5, turn on the instrument cluster by inserting the ignition key into the ignition switch. Once the instrument cluster is on, press and hold the buttons located on the center console.

The buttons to hold are the circular one in the center and the two small buttons on either side of it; after a few seconds with the buttons pressed, the center screen will turn off. This will complete the reset of the operating system, and you can turn off the ignition.
