How to permanently deactivate the Start and Stop system of the Audi A1

The Start and Stop system can be deactivated on Audi A1 vehicles by pressing the appropriate button on the central dashboard near the onboard computer display. But if you want to deactivate the system permanently, you will need to make a modification to the vehicle and to do so you will have to purchase online or at auto parts stores the "modification module", so called because it is responsible for reversing the system's ignition when the vehicle is turned on. To install the modification module, you will need to remove the cover of the START&STOP button, disconnect the connector, and connect the modification module between the connector and the system. Once the installation is complete, test the function.
