Today's main instructions will show you how to disassemble and replace the battery in the key fob for the BMW 3 Series. First, take your key fob and remove the physical key from inside it; then use the slot created to pry open the back cover of the fob, consequently removing the battery, as shown in the video.

At this point, install the new battery of the correct type with the same designation (in this case, a CR2450 3V); insert it in the correct orientation and finally reassemble the cover of the fob!
