In this video, you will see how to reset the service light on a BMW 1 Series F20: first, get in the car, close all the doors, and turn on the ignition. Press and hold the button located under the speedometer for a few seconds until the first service message appears on the display, indicating "reset available". Continue to press the same button until the reset you are interested in appears (there are various types, so select the one you need), then press and hold the button for about 3 seconds.

The message "perform reset?" will appear. To confirm, press and hold for a moment: the message "reset in progress" will appear, followed by "reset successful".
