In this tutorial, you will see how to lower the rear seats in a BMW X1, a very simple and quick operation, for example, when you need more space in the trunk. First, open both rear doors, then locate the strap on the lower outer area of the first seatback, grab it, and pull it toward you. At the same time, grasp the seatback, push it down, and repeat the operation on the opposite side.

To return the seatbacks to their original position, simply pull the straps again and press the headrests against the wall.

To remove the rear seat of a Hyundai Tucson, follow these steps. Start by moving the front seats to their most forward position to gain space. Next, locate the release lever on the underside of the rear seat, near the floor. Press this lever down while pulling the seat upwards to unlock it from the anchor pins. Once unlocked, tilt the seat upwards and forwards to remove it from its position. Repeat this process for both sides of the rear seat.
