In this tutorial we can see how to lower the rear seats in the BMW X1, a very simple and quick operation, to be carried out for example in case we need more space in the trunk. First of all, we open both rear doors, then we locate the strap located in the lower outer area of the first backrest, grab it and pull it towards us. At the same time, we grab the backrest, press it down and repeat the operation on the opposite side. To bring the backrests back to their original position, it will be sufficient to pull the straps again and press the headrests against the wall.
