Replacing the battery of a BMW I3 remote control is a simple and quick operation to be carried out independently. The battery we will use for the replacement is a cr 2032. To replace the battery, we need to remove the top part of the remote control and insert the tip of the metal key, contained inside the remote control, into the internal part of the remote control in order to open the cover and remove the battery. Insert the new battery and close the cover. Insert the metal key inside the remote control along with the top part. All that remains is to stand in front of the vehicle to test the functioning of the remote control, in case of continuous malfunction it may be necessary to reprogram the key.
