Let's see how to change the gear lever and knob of our BMW 3 Series. We don't need many tools, just a few pliers and a few screwdrivers. First of all we go to remove the stop (located on the bottom of the car) that holds the gear lever (we raise the car from the ground) after this we enter the passenger compartment and remove the gear lever cap with the help of a pliers or a screwdriver we press pull out the catch that holds it firmly and turn it clockwise, after that we could extract the lever and insert the new one with the knob already attached, hang up everything properly, making sure that the hooks are well stuck.
