Cabin Air Filter Replacement

The cabin air filters are actually two and are located inside the engine compartment, just under the windshield near the shock absorber mounts: open the hood and locate the cabin air filter housing. First, detach the clamp that connects the filter housing to the air duct; then press the retaining tab on the other side and remove the filter housing. At this point, pull out the old filter and replace it with the new one: the filter has two plastic tabs that must be inserted into the corresponding slots in the filter housing. Reposition the filter housing in its place by securing the clamp and the retaining clip. Follow the same procedure for replacing the other filter.
