Due to both the temperature and the turbulence that is created in the tank, it is clear that an increase in pressure tends to be generated inside it, which in some way must provide for a vent; in fact, in the engine compartment, near the throttle body, there is the breather valve: any operating anomaly is therefore promptly signaled on the instrument panel when the engine warning light comes on (the reference fault code is P0444); replacing this valve is very simple, just open the hood, remove the plastic covers, disconnect the socket and the pipes to be able to remove it.

How do I unlock the automatic transmission of the BMW 3 Series?

In order to unlock the automatic transmission of the BMW 3 Series, the Start / Stop button and the lever release button must be pressed at the same time. This procedure will allow the car gearbox to be unlocked for about 15 minutes, so that in the event of an engine failure, the car can still be moved. It may be necessary to repeat the operation more than once for its success. After unlocking the gearbox, it can return to its original state by simply waiting for the aforementioned 15 minutes, or by pushing the release lever forward for a few seconds.
