Manual Closure of Sunroof

If the sunroof remains open and the battery dies or the electrical system for closing fails, the designers have wisely provided a way to close it manually: inside the tool compartment located under the rear hood, there is a hex key folded in an "S" shape that is used to manually operate the motor and allow the sunroof to close; once inside the cabin, disconnect the dome light near the rearview mirror and access the sunroof motor: in the center, there is a hex socket where you can insert the key and turn it to close the sunroof.
