How to Reset the Service Light on the BMW X2

Model: BMW X2 F39 - Years 2017-2023

Turn on the instrument cluster of the BMW X2 to reset the service light related to the vehicle maintenance. From the onboard computer, select the "Vehicle Settings" option, which will open the menu allowing access to the service settings. From the service menu, select "Maintenance Intervals" and "Reset," then start the procedure to update the mileage for the next service. Once completed, return to the main menu and restart the instrument cluster. If the reset fails, you will need to visit a shop to perform the operation using a diagnostic computer and OBD port.
