Let's see how to reset the tire pressure warning light on a BMW X1 using the iDrive infotainment system: turn on the instrument cluster, locate the iDrive controller between the front seats, press the "menu" button on the console, and select "vehicle"; then go to "vehicle status". Here you will find "tire pressure monitoring" where a screen will explain how the system works, with the option to "reset". Select it, and you will be asked for confirmation (ok). The message "recalibration started" will appear on the screen, and the warning light will turn off within a few seconds.
