Is the door handle due for replacement? Let's see how to remove the door handle on a BMW X3. Use a lever to pry off the plastic covers inside the handle, then, unscrew the fastening screws inside the panel with a screwdriver. Remove the panel (disconnect the connectors and the opening cable) and the adhesive cover.

Turn the panel over to access the door opening handle; remove the handle from the panel as shown in the video. Install the new piece in the door panel and prepare to reassemble all the previously removed parts.

Test the proper functioning of the handle before screwing the screws back into the panel.
