Removing the Door Panel on BMW 1 Series

Model: BMW Serie 1 MK 2, F20, F21 - Years 2011-2019

Replace the door panel if it is damaged and cannot be repaired. Remove the internal handle cover. Use a screwdriver to remove the screws in the handle area. Remove the remaining screws from the door panel and detach the retaining clips. Pull the panel away with your hands and disconnect it from the door (unplug the power wiring and the opening cable). Carry out the desired maintenance inside the door. Fit the new door panel. Connect the power connectors, screw in the screws, and refit the handle cover.
