How to remove the door panel of a BMW 1 Series?

To remove the door panel of a BMW 1 Series, start by removing the trim around the inner handle. Find and remove screws or bolts, then gently pry off the mounting clips along the edge of the panel. Lift the panel upwards and outwards to detach it from the door, being careful with the electrical connectors. At this point, you will need to unclip and remove the panel itself. Once the panel is removed, you will have access to the components inside the door for any necessary repairs or maintenance.
