How to replace the V-belt of a BMW X3

Model: BMW X3 MK 1, E83 - Years 2003-2010
Part: V-belt

Before we begin, we will have to go and open the front hood of our BMW X3. So let's start by disengaging and removing the top engine cover, then removing the belt cover. By doing so, we will have reached the V-belt. We then proceed to loosen the belt tensioner, slightly unscrewing the relative bolt. At this point, we will be able to remove the V-belt, and we will have successfully completed the disassembly. To mount the new belt and close everything, we will simply have to follow these simple ones in reverse, and we will have completed the replacement.

How to Remove the CV Boot on Fiat Panda

Let’s see how to remove the boot from the joint on a Fiat Panda. After positioning your car on a column lift: raise it to a comfortable height to work on, loosen the wheel nuts (using a socket wrench or air drill) and remove the wheel. Begin unscrewing the brake disc bolts with a socket wrench. Remove the bolts located under the disc and completely detach the wheel hub. Pull the arm around the joint with your hands. Fit the new boot (after removing the old one) onto the constant velocity joint, then start reassembling all the parts in reverse order.
