How to Replace the Serpentine Belt on a BMW X3

Model: BMW X3 MK 1, E83 - Years 2003-2010

Before you begin, open the hood of your BMW X3. Start by unclipping and removing the upper engine cover, then remove the belt cover. This will give you access to the serpentine belt. Next, loosen the tensioner by slightly unscrewing the corresponding bolt. At this point, you can remove the serpentine belt, completing the disassembly. To install the new belt and reassemble everything, simply follow these steps in reverse, and you will have completed the replacement.
