In today's video tutorial we will see how to remove and replace the fuel pump of a BMW 5 Series 528i Petrol. First of all, we access the back and remove the sofa, pulling it upwards by hand: then we also remove the backrest and with a plastic lever we remove the upper covering of our pump. Arrived at this we unscrew the screws and remove the pump cover; disconnect the electrical connector and remove the fuel pipe: finally unscrew the ring nut of the pump to extract it (with the appropriate wrench or with a screwdriver and a hammer), as shown in the video!
