How to Replace the Light Control Module on a BMW 7 Series?

Model: BMW Serie 7 E66, E67, E68, E65, MK 4 - Years 2001-2008

To replace the light control module on a BMW 7 Series, remove the protective panel located under the steering column and just above the pedals. After loosening the panel bolts, you will have access to the module and can pull it out of its housing. Once removed, disconnect it from the connector and replace it. The new module can then be connected and inserted back into its housing. Finally, reinstall the panel, securing it with the appropriate bolts.
