Cabin Air Filter Replacement

Model: BMW Serie 3 E91, E90, E92 - Years 2005-2013
Part: Cabin air filter

The cabin air filter is located at the base of the windshield. To remove it, a series of screws around the perimeter of a cover located in the engine bay, just before the wipers, must be taken out. The cover spans the entire vehicle transversely and also serves as the filter container, which is secured with plastic clips. After replacing the old filter with the new one, it is advisable to clean the ducts with suitable products, usually sanitizing sprays, and then activate the ventilation system with the windows open to eliminate any vapors from the products used.
